You know yourself pretty well. And yet something still feels stuck.

Therapy for adults and college students in Austin and online across Texas.

You don't have to keep figuring it out alone.

Maybe you're the one who holds it together. For your family, your friends, your classes, or your career. You're self-aware, you've done the work. And yet the same patterns keep showing up. The same relationship dynamics. The same tendency to put everyone else first and lose yourself in the process. The high-functioning anxiety that never fully quiets. The feeling that no matter how much you achieve or understand, something still feels just out of reach.

You don’t need someone to tell you what’s wrong.
You need a space to understand why these patterns keep showing up, and how to create something different..

Ways we can work together.

my offerings

Individual Talk Therapy

A dedicated hour each week that's entirely yours. We slow down, look at what's actually going on beneath the surface, and work through it together at a pace that feels right for you.

50 min · In-person or virtual

Walk & Talk

An alternative to the traditional office setting. Sessions are held outside, in fresh air and a change of scenery. Sometimes a change of setting opens up what sitting still doesn't. Weather permitting.

50 min · In-person, Austin

EMDR Therapy

An evidence-based therapy for trauma. Rather than talking through what happened, EMDR uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain reprocess stuck memories — reducing their emotional charge without requiring you to relive them in detail.

In-person and remote options
